Preparation Guidelines

All heating instruction times are guidelines only.
If frozen, thaw before heating.

MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES
1. Place pouch in microwave safe bowl.
2. Cut large slit lengthwise along centre of pouch, cover loosely with paper towel.
3. Heat on HIGH setting for 4 minutes.
4. Carefully open pouch and serve.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on microwave.

STOVE TOP 8-10 MINUTES
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Place pouch in boiling water.
3. Reduce heat to low (simmer) for 8-10 minutes.
4. Remove pouch from boiling water.
5. Carefully cut open pouch and serve.

Safe Handling Instructions

• Keep refridgerated or frozen
• Heat thoroughly
• After use, refridgerate leftovers.
