Plant Tour

At TMF, we are very proud of our 80,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility that we've expanded to meet the incredible demand for our products. Since 1998, TMF's facility has expanded 7 times and is planning on expanding in the near future as new products are developed. Keeping up with the demand for Lou's Fully-Cooked Entrées and Peameal Bacon of Canada products is a challenge TMF is happy to take on.

As part of our expansion, all product lines have been automated, particularly in the slicing area. The combination of space and automation has more than doubled our hourly production while guaranteeing consistency of each product and further enhancing food safety.

Our peameal production area has also been automated to increase capacity and enhance quality and consistency.
